The Sternberg Foundation's competition was looking for a book cover design for an anthology entitled A Friday in the Future, in which texts by students on the topic of the future, the environment and technology were published. With my book cover design, I would like to present a positive vision for the future of human interaction with nature. My illustration is meant to depict a symbiosis between man and nature, in which man sees himself as an equal partner of nature and acts in harmony with the environment. I created a hybrid of a human being and a tree, with the brain simultaneously representing the crown of a tree.
